30-day money-back guarantee

MetaMuscle LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase — a monthly or yearly membership, a training program such as QuietBurn or the flagship gym program, or your first month of VIP 1:1 consulting — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or reach out through our in-app support link and we will start the request for you.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a recurring plan

You can cancel a membership or consulting plan at any time from your account's membership settings or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. One-time program purchases are not subscriptions and keep working after purchase.

After 30 days

Beyond the 30-day window we review refund requests case by case and will always honour rights you have under applicable consumer law.
